What is the best end of life solution for your products?


Our products are labeled with the material used in the description. For plastic products the material code is marked on the packaging allowing customers to identify the correct usage, details and description for each product.




What is the dimension for this product?


All products have their dimensions stated in each product listing on the website




Do you have this product in this size?


Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or by calling us so that we can assist you better




Will the prices change?


Favor International reserves the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice




How many pieces and packing instruction are in each product?


Please refer to the sales person you laisse with for exact and details




How far in advance should a client place an order?


Normally, our standard production lead time is 7-10 working days (about 2 weeks), it also depends on your estimated quantity and the availability of stock. Hence, it would be good to place an order at least 2 weeks in advance.




How do I place order and know if my order has been placed?


Please send enquiry to our customer service, and We will revert you on the whatsapp within 1-2 working days to confirm your enquiry or orders.




I need an order urgently, what should I do?


Please send enquiry to our customer service, and We will revert you on the whatsapp within 1-2 working days to confirm your enquiry or orders. We will check for you if the production timing can make it for your slots and lead time for Urgent order.




May I request for samples of the products?


We do not provide samples for our products with sample fees charge.




What does MOQ mean?


MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. The price is quoted based on your quantity requirements. If you need smaller quantities, please feel free to contact us.




What products do you have in stock and which products do you not keep stocks for?


We have all kind of variety, please check with customer service on your product range to check on the availably




I will be ordering a large quantity of product, will there be any discounts?


You are eligible for quantity discount on bulk purchase of certain products, we provide Agent and Dealer price




Can I cancel my order and ask for a refund after order confirmation?


You are required to make a 60% deposit upon confirmation and pay the remaining 40% balance upon delivery/collection of your order.

If the product is not available, you may cancel, choose a substitute, or get a refund.

If the product is available, you may cancel but will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund will be made to the Customer within 7 - 10 working days in the same mode of payment that was used in the original purchase.




May I apply for credit terms?


Credit Terms are available only to corporate accounts, subject to review and approval by the Management.




What delivery options are available?


We provide delivery with minimum charges and self-collection.




Where and when can I self-collect?


You may self-collect at our sales office, please get the details from our customer service.

Mondays to Friday, 9am-5pm (Avoid lunch time between 12.30pm to 2pm.)

Weekend and Public holidays we are off.




Can I arrange courier service to pick up my self-collection order?


Yes, you may arrange courier service to pick up your order.

Please quote your Order number when collecting the items at our sales office.

How long does Custom Made Orders takes?


A Custom-Made Order typically takes 4-6 weeks or longer depending on each product requirements.




Is there an MOQ for Custom Made Orders products?


Yes, there is a minimum order quantity for CMO products as we do not carry them warehouse
